Welcome to BizChamp. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging BizChamp for services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.


2. Services Provided

BizChamp offers a wide range of digital marketing solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Social Media Marketing & Management

  • Content Creation

  • SEO Services

  • Paid Ads Management

  • Website Design & Optimization

  • Branding & Business Development Consultanc

Every project will include a customized proposal outlining the agreed scope of work.


3. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be settled on time as stated in the contract or invoice.

  • Advertising budgets (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) are separate from BizChamp service fees.

  • Payments for digital services are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in writing.

  • Monthly retainers are billed every 30 days. Work begins upon receipt of initial payment.


4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth execution of services, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and necessary materials

  • Give timely approvals or feedback

  • Grant required access (Facebook Page, Ads Manager, website, CRM, etc.)

BizChamp is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or late approvals.


5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All assets created by BizChamp remain property of BizChamp until full payment is received.

  • Once paid, ownership transfers to the client unless otherwise specified.

  • BizChamp reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio or marketing purposes.


6. Confidentiality

Both BizChamp and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive business information, credentials, and discussions.


7. Limitation of Liability

BizChamp is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue due to third-party platform outages

  • Policy changes, bans, or limitations imposed by Meta, Google, or other platforms

  • Technical issues on the client’s website or systems

  • Guaranteed results (performance varies based on industry, budget, and audience behavior)


8. Revisions & Project Changes

  • Each service package includes a specified number of revisions.

  • Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur extra fees.

  • Major changes require a new agreement or project add-on.


9. Termination of Services

BizChamp may terminate the agreement if the client:

  • Fails to pay invoices

  • Fails to provide requirements

  • Violates any part of these Terms

Clients may also terminate services with written notice. Completed work must still be paid.


10. Use of Third-Party Platforms

BizChamp uses external tools and platforms to run campaigns. We are not responsible for:

  • Platform downtime

  • Ad disapprovals

  • Account restrictions

  • Algorithm changes

Clients must follow all platform policies.


11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United State of America. Any disputes shall be resolved through proper legal channels.


12. Updates to These Terms

BizChamp may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
